HOW TO ORDER (INDIA)

CHECKOUT

It’s easy to place your order online. Once you’ve added items to your cart, you’ll follow a few simple steps to complete your order:

  • If you have products in your ‘favorite list’ that you wish to purchase, click on the favorite list icon and click add to cart against the product you want to buy.
  • Double check and review the items in your cart
  • Fill out your shipping and billing information
  • Confirm and place your order by making the payment through desired mode
  • Order confirmation with the order number will be sent to you via Email.

SAVING ITEMS IN YOUR CART

We make it easy to come back to the items you’re thinking about ordering. Simply log into your Zila Home account, start browsing, and once you see items you may want to purchase, just add them to your cart. Items you save in your cart will remain there if you do not complete your purchase immediately. This allows you to think about items and come back to them at a later date. Access your saved cart on any computer by logging back into your account.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

You will have a chance to review and verify the information you have entered during checkout and, if no changes are necessary, you can proceed to “Place Your Order.” Within approximately 24 hours, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. Once your order has shipped, we will notify you by email.

PLACING AN ORDER BY PHONE

To place your order by phone, please contact one of our sales executive at 9821950075 (Working hours: Wed to Mon, 10 am to 6 pm).

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Each order is shipped only to a single address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

At checkout, you will be prompted to enter a shipping address. You can save multiple shipping addresses to expedite future purchases
