Zila Home was conceptualised and created by Khushboo Rateria. She made it her mission to transform her passions for design, color and texture into a medium that she could really sink herself into. With the spirit of passion and thirst for creation, she gave birth to a company, today called Zila Home.

Very well travelled, she’s walked many miles in different shoes and interacted with artisans across the country. A task-driven Cancerian, she brings to her products different flavours, zen-like realm for creativity and a roaring fire for the finesse of our finish.

Each of our collections depict a shade of the founder’s own journey – be it traditional and spiritual or retro and psychedelic – our products are a trip.

“Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. Art is knowing which ones to keep.”

– Scott Adams

Zila Home is best known for our new concepts and the continuous rebirth of our own collections. We never stop exploring new countries and places in search of moving images, cultures and trends. Perhaps it is our constant journey around the world and our artistic reflection that has us reputed for the giving that WOW effect to people’s home. It is a World of Wonder and our team’s exposure gives them an eye to see beyond one man’s beauty and create new artwork.

At Zila Home we weave in more than fine art into matters. It is our approach to the product making process that earns us an unmistakable character and pedigree.

Child’s Play

We are uncompromising on timely deliveries and have a stringent quality control system. We’ve just got to hand it to you – you’re in good hands. We are also childishly stubborn that no child labour is involved in our work and give a percentage of our proceeds to the blind school and a village school in Haryana to ensure that children aren’t put to work and have a chance at an education and the privilege to kid around.

Our Environment

Zila Home is a sister concern company of Rugs and Riches that began generations ago as a family business and continues to run in the family. Our weavers are a part of our fraternity and we stop at nothing to ensure that their working conditions are safe and liberated. Beyond the mills, we are also committed to using only 100% eco-friendly raw material to sustain the fecund land that gives as our materials. When it comes to environmental sustainability we are ballistic, not materialistic.
